2.2.1 Discrete Probability Distribution

This distribution is used when the set of possible outcomes is discrete (Say, rolling a die). Here, probabilities of the outcome are described by Probability Mass Function (PMF). In this section, we are going to cover the three most common Discrete Probability Distributions:

• Uniform Distribution
• Binomial Distribution
• Poisson Distribution

In Discrete Distribution, all the probabilities add up to 1.
